A. Whilst it is not as yet possible to buy an item online / through the website, we are more than happy to discuss other options for making payment and in turn post the item to you.

A. Either email us via the website contact page, email us directly on contact@catwalkencore.com , or call us on 07500 488440 with details of what you have and where you are located and will we then confirm the rest from there.

A. Everything is pre-owned, although it also usually includes a very small amount of brand new never worn or used items. The items we sell are all types of clothing, handbags, shoes, jewellery, all types of accessories and luggage.

A. Buying is done by appointment only. Once we have established what items you wish to sell and whether we are interested in buying them, we will make an appointment with you to either come to your home / workplace or for you to bring them to the shop.

A. Whilst our focus is very much, in fact nearly all on women’s, we do also buy and sell men’s. The amount in stock at any given time fluctuates but we are always interested in buying it.

A. It is not the way we normally acquire our stock, however it is something we can do depending on the item and the reasons why it may be the preferred option. Where this method of selling on your behalf is agreed, our commission rate is somewhat less than the rates charged by agencies.

A. There is no set fee but is guaranteed to be substantially lower than the norm. The rate is set on an item by item basis depending on the value of the item and anticipated demand or saleability. 

A. We pay you there and then at the time of meeting you and agreeing to buy them. If for any reason this is not possible then we will make an arrangement to pay you and receive the items at the earliest opportunity.

A. We pay you in the most agreeable and convenient way possible. This would be either by bank transfer, in cash or by cheque.
